Lee Martin Lloyd, holding a BSc and MIET designation, co-owns Axxis Security Systems within Axxis Group Ltd, drawing upon a rich 24-year career in the engineering domain. Initiating his engineering journey in 1999, he underwent training as part of the final cohort of electronic apprentices recruited by the Ministry of Defence at MOD Aberporth, which later integrated into QintiQ MOD Aberporth.

During this training, Lee refined his skills as an Electronic Engineer, gaining invaluable expertise in both electronic and mechanical engineering disciplines, adhering to military precision standards.

Following this phase, Lee’s professional path led him to complete an additional apprenticeship, culminating in his attainment of a Fully Qualified JIB Technician Electrician status. This accomplishment was achieved during his tenure with Edryd Jenkins Electrical and Refrigeration Engineers, a prominent electrical contracting entity in Aberystwyth and its surroundings.

With an entrepreneurial spirit, Lee ventured independently into electrical contracting, maintaining a steadfast commitment to advancing his education in engineering, eventually earning a degree-level qualification. His dedication resulted in various notable accreditations, including NICEIC’s Approved Contractor and Qualified Supervisor designations, membership in the Electrical Contracting Association (ECA), recognition by SSAIB for proficiency in Security Systems, and membership in the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).

Remarkably, Lee’s commitment to continuous learning seamlessly integrated with his entrepreneurial pursuits, keeping him at the forefront of engineering innovation and experience accumulation. Stephen Bailey John is an accomplished leader with a diverse background in property security management across the public and private sectors. Stephen’s approach is marked by a keen ability to deliver property management products that meet the needs of the customer.

Stephen’s employment history paints a picture of his impact. He has served as an Executive Director at Securus Property Compliance Ltd, where he formulated the company’s business plan and guided its development. His tenure as Operations and Health and Safety Director at the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Wales showcased his ability to enhance property asssets and champion safety and well-being as central planning elements. As Facilities Manager, Stephen demonstrated his prowess in security, compliance, property asset management and communication, all while maintaining a strong focus on delivering for customers.

His experience in property management is backed up with educational achievements. Stephen is a holder of a Postgraduate Certificate in Strategic Leadership in the Construction Sector and an MSc in Facilities Management. His training includes Chartered Management Institute Level 7 qualification in Strategic Leadership, and formally recognised project management certification. Stephen is an active member of professional bodies, including The Institute for Occupational Safety and Health and the Chartered Institute for Procurement and Supply, where he achieved Chartered Professional status in 2023.
